Texas Democratic Party: Moving Texas Forward

Below is a statement from Texas Democratic Party Chairman Boyd Richie regarding the passing of Lowell Lebermann:

“Texas Democrats lost a great friend on Thursday evening. Lowell was a true leader in his community and will be deeply missed. From his involvement in an array of civic groups and serving on the Austin City Council to mobilizing state and national fundraising efforts for Democrats, Lowell always worked tirelessly on behalf of others. Lowell was dedicated to improving his community one election at a time and I am proud to say that the Texas Democratic Party is a better organization because of his extraordinary leadership during the time he served as Treasurer. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends as we all try to cope with the difficult loss of our good friend, Lowell.”
