Below is a statement from Texas Democratic Party Chairman Boyd Richie regarding the 9^th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks:

“On the anniversary of the terrorist attacks of September 11^th, we stand together in remembrance of those who lost their lives that tragic day, and keep in our prayers the families who had to go on without a loved one.  As a nation, we will never forget the nearly 3,000 brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, children and friends we lost, as well as the brave emergency responders whose courage will forever embody the strength of the American people.”
