Download the Texas Democratic Party Grassroots Manual (last revised in 2009) to learn how to organize your neighborhood, raise money and get out the vote. The book is in a PDF format; you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free software program that will download the files into a readable, printable document on your computer, in order to obtain them. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download it here. We have recently updated the file in order to make it easier to download.
