SAN ANTONIO - Voters in Texas’ 23rd Congressional District will be joining TX23 Indivisible, the SEIU, Mi Familia Vota, Texas Organizing Project, Planned Parenthood and other organizations, Tuesday, April 18th at 12:00 PM, to protest outside of Congressman Will Hurd’s office.
On the national tax filing deadline, while all Americans are filing their taxes, citizens will be heard on Trump’s unprecedented refusal to release his tax returns and Will Hurd’s vote to enable Trump’s secrecy.
This rally is part of a movement of tax marches across the nation, organized at taxmarch.org. Across the nation, taxpayers are speaking out against President Trump, but here in San Antonio it is about people in our own backyard, like Congressman Will Hurd, giving Trump a pass on being upfront with the voters.
